Summary of Market and Adoption of Tokenization & Blockchain

Growth of the Tech Sector

The tech sector is growing twice as fast as the global economy and will constitute about 8% of global GDP within 15 years, currently up from 4.5% today and 2% in 1992 (New Directions for Government in the Second Era of the Digital Age). Many organizations who have traditionally operated outside of the tech sector have an opportunity to participate in some of this growth.

Blockchain Market

The blockchain market value was $4.9 billion in 2021 and projected to reach $67.4 billion by 2026, at a Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 68.4% during the forecast period (Markets and Market).

Supply Chain and Industry 4.0

The global market for Industry 4.0 estimated at US$90.6 Billion in the year 2020, is projected to reach a revised size of US$219.8 Billion by 2026, growing at a CAGR of 16.5% over the analysis period (Business Wire).

Companies such as FedEx, DHL, Maersk, Walmart, and Bayer with a combined revenue of $684.5B are already in the process of implementing blockchain solutions with recent estimates that they will save 0.8% annually on supply chain alone.
